The rooms are new-fashioned and neat, and are complete with free weights and hot tub, for example.

The room was a nice size and what's more - included a shower and hair dryers.

Make sure you stay in the standard double room with the view of the city. The staff are courteous and provide a fantastic service.

I have stayed in a superior queen room with a minibar, satellite television and climate control.

Everything there were fabulous, including fantasticfacilities. The location was marvellous and incredible - just 5 minutes' walk from Saint Pio Park. The area was secure close enough to various stores, restaurants and bars. We enjoyed cold drinks at the piano bar.

Amazing and excellent breakfast to star a day with coffee flavoured water instead of actual coffee and actual coffee, for instance. Overall great location right by park, restaurants, shops and walking distance to a beautiful park, and the local bars down the street.

Fairly clean functional hotel. Attentive staff with great local knowledge. Bright, good sized rooms, very clean swimming pools. Perfect location, marvellous and excellent breakfast with a taste of local gastronomy and actual coffee, for instance in the restaurant.

The value for money was excellent, with a surprisingly reasonable price for a truly luxurious 5-star room. The location was convenient and the staff were outstanding, providing helpful and professional service from the reception to the bellboy.

We liked service, staff's attention, gormet food, the breakfast was awsome, cleaness, and room comfort.

The rooftop pool at Hotel Dann offers stunning views of the city at dusk. The breakfast served at the rooftop restaurant is excellent and starts as early as 4:00 a.m. The reception staff were very obliging and friendly, making me feel welcomed. The hotel is located in a safe area and there are police officers around for added security. I had a great stay and would recommend Hotel Dann.

The Hotel Dann Carlton Bucaramanga in Bucaramanga was an amazing experience. The hotel is superior, with friendly staff and a good breakfast. It is conveniently located adjacent to the downtown area, just a 15-minute walk away. Additionally, it is in close proximity to Santander Beer Club, a great place to enjoy nice drinks and cocktails.

Location is probably a good reason to stay , if your reason of travel is business is about a the closes you can be to all business and shopping areas, Restaurants and financial institutions.

.. I was book for a superior room ,wish is the best room avalable in el dann , my reservations were Check twice that same week for the three nights. To my surprise a the moment of my arrival . The front desk staff reconace my reservation thrue booking but I was giving a less standar room for my already pay room. I was talk about some kind of mistake and I was no other rooms availables and they will move my room went one was available. A the end of the second night , after many phone calls to the desk. I was move to a room originally book. ...Facilityes are good, there location is the best but , their costumer service is not what the Dann is know for it in the pass. For someone like me who travel constantly all over . My stay was cut short and to my surprise again I was charge the two nights for a full two nights for a same amoAunt for a room of much lower grade. Staff excuse; rooms are same price and low season. And went you book thrue booking. No excuse was giving by their stuff and they demanded this fair.... Wish I ended paying on full.
